Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the email account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
